Homemade Graham Cracker Yogurt Cups
I am sure you know by now, if you've been following, that we like graham crackers.
The yogurt cups I want to share with you today were super easy to make. Follow the recipe for our graham cracker crust. You will need a few, 4 in. ramekins. You can always make these smaller or bigger depending on what you have. I love ramekins just as much as I love mason jars!
I never tire of using them!
Place your crumbly graham cracker dough into the ramekin and push it around with your fingers till it covers the bottom and goes up the side almost to the top. I absolutely LOVE the rough edges!
Bake as directed.
After baking the crust let it cool for a little bit. Before it has completely cooled take a knife and gently slide it between the crust and the bowl. You just want to get the crust loose enough so it comes right out.
Fill your graham cracker cup to the top with yogurt. You could also use pudding if you want. (We'll show you that in a future post!)
I cooked down some strawberries and sprinkled just a little sugar on top while they were cooking.
I put a generous spoonful on top of the yogurt.
Still not quite finished......I put a little whip cream on top of the strawberries and then sprinkled a few mini chocolate chips over the whip cream!
Now, it's finished! We ate these for breakfast, but I'm sure you could have them for dessert.
